Oi Ming Chen, owner of Ace Group Seafood International Trading Corp. in Flushing, Queens, was convicted of storing fish without a license and catching undersized fish.

There was something fishy in a Queens warehouse holding marine life — its owner was convicted of storing fish without a license and catching undersized fish, prosecutors said Friday.

Oi Ming Chen, 46, was found guilty of violating environmental laws that require a license to pack and purchase marine food and dictates that harvested blackfish be over 14-inch long.
