Cops say Allan Radin, 32, of Jamaica, attacked a 20-year-old woman as she walked down Homelawn St. near Aspen Place on Sept. 13.
He ran up to the woman, grabbed her buttocks and raced away, said officials, who said the woman was not harmed.

The attack took place about a block from the Henley, an off-campus dorm on Henley St.
Cops caught up with Radin on Wednesday after a brief investigation, charging him with forcible touching.

It was unclear if the victim took classes at St. John’s, but students say this isn’t the first time women in the area has been targeted.
They’ve even given the would-be groper a nickname.
“We call him ‘Carlos the Booty Grabber,’” one student said.
