A firefighter suffered minor injuries battling a blaze at the landmark Lundy Brothers building in Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn, on Thursday morning.

FDNY officials said the fire broke out at the art deco Emmons Ave. structure just before 9:30 a.m.

About 100 firefighters responded to the blaze, which was brought under control at 10:30 a.m. The fire may have started in the building’s duct work.

The unique Lundy Brothers building, which was built from ground-up local seashells, opened in 1934 and was considered Brooklyn’s premier seafood restaurant until it closed in the 1970s.

An attempt to reboot the historic eatery was made in the 1990s, but the new restaurant closed after a few years.

The building was converted into a supermarket, which was flooded by Hurricane Sandy in October. Several of the building’s original stained-glass windows were destroyed in the storm, workers said.
