A bus company in Israel said it would provide separate buses for West Bank Palestinians.




Bizarre messages protesting segregated busing in Israel were sprayed on the sidewalk in front of an upper West Side subway station.


MTA workers were at the W. 86th St. and Broadway 1 train entrance early Friday scrubbing away the words “Israeli Apartheid Indefensible” — in a stencil resembling the Israel Defense Forces emblem — and “Jewish-only buses?”

An Israeli bus company in March announced it would provide separate buses for West Bank Palestinians after settlers complained they were a security risk.


The Jewish holiday Sukkot began Wednesday night.
