Lawyer supposedly trying to take madam Gristina’s home

The high-profile lawyer whose reputation fell after getting involved with accused madam Anna Gristina is now trying to kick the flesh-peddler and her family out of their upstate home, her husband Kelvin Gorr wrote Friday in a Facebook rant.

Gorr says David Jaroslawicz, his wife’s “so-called lawyer/friend,” who was tied to the upper East Side building where Gristina allegedly ran a $ 10 million brothel, is forcing them out of the Monroe, N.Y. pig farm home that Jaroslawicz owns.

“Because of Mr. Jaroslawicz’ selfishness and arrogance, we will soon be losing our home,” Gorr wrote. “The agreement was if Mr. Jaroslawicz’ reputation were salvaged, we, in return, would have the deed to our home.”

Jaroslawicz’ Manhattan office was raided in March 2012 after the prostitution ring Gristina was running in the E. 78th St. building was revealed.

It was a long fall from grace for the once-respectable attorney: Jaroslawicz had a history of representing women who were sexually harassed at early Internet enterprises, and counted women in sex suits against Brett Favre and the Sultan of Brunei as clients.

But when the 44-year-old mother of four was in court last year, prosecutors said Jaroslawicz, the owner of the love nest where Gristina supplied a host of beauties to well-heeled customers, essentially functioned as her partner.

Now, Gristina’s hunky husband is trying to slander Jaroslawicz’ name again in a bid to save their home, “where my 11-year-old son feels safe, and the home where my wife rescues abused animals,” he wrote.

“Although it’s simply too late for our home to be saved, I felt it was absolutely necessary to let everyone know what kind of person Mr. Jaroslawicz is,” Gorr continued.

The so-called “Soccer Mom Madam” is on probation and subject to travel restrictions since she pleaded guilty last year to a single count of promoting prostitution.
