An 8-year-old girl was raped in the bathroom of the Countee Cullen Library in Harlem.

A troubled 13-year-old foster child arrested for raping an 8-year-old girl in the bathroom of a Harlem library pleaded guilty Friday.

The boy, who told police the victim was the sister of a friend, copped to first-degree sexual abuse for the disturbing Sept. 4 attack at Countee Cullen Library on W. 136th St. near Lenox Ave. He is and is due back in court Sept. 30 for a hearing on his sentence.

The boy, who had absconded from foster care at the time of the attack, also lost his bid Friday to get moved to a non-secure facility. He claimed a group of boys are beating him up at his juvenile lock-up facility.

“I got jumped by three kids in school,” he said, telling the judge he has “no idea why” they went after him.

He said the same group of boys have been on his case for weeks.

“Ever since I first went there, with the same kids who had told me they was going to do it,” he said. “I didn’t take it seriously until they really did.”

Manhattan Family Court Judge Mary Bednar said she could request extra security but could not order a transfer.

“If you’re asking for some enhanced safety provisions I can do that,” she said.
