A cop shot 22-year-old Jayson Ramos after spotting him threatening three men outside restaurant where the officer and two others were on a dinner break.
An Bronx cop on dinner break at a Japanese eatery shot a gunman outside the restaurant after spotting the armed hoodlum aim his weapon at three men on the street.
The unidentified 48th Precinct Anti-Crime officer was eating at Fordham restaurant Sake II on E. 187th St. with two other cops around 7:30 p.m. when they saw Jayson Ramos, 22, pointing a black 9 mm glock.
“The officers ordered the suspect to drop his weapon, at which time the suspect fled on foot,” a police source said.

Ramos then pointed the gun at the cops, police said, prompting one of the officers to shoot him in the left leg.
Despite the bullet wound, Ramos managed to run for another two blocks. Officers arrested him on Cambreleng Ave., finding the gun nearby.
Ramos was listed in stable condition at St. Barnabas Hospital. He was charged with criminal possession of a weapon-loaded firearm, reckless endangerment and criminal possession of a weapon-intent to use.
The three cops were treated for tinnitus at Jacobi Hospital, police said.
