Men shot at by drunk cop to sue city for $90M

The two men who were randomly shot at by a blind-drunk off-duty cop in Westchester have filed a $ 90 million notice of claim against the city, their lawyers announced Tuesday.

Joe Felice and his pal Robert Borrelli were driving home on April 29 when NYPD officer Brendan Cronin pulled up to them at a red light in Pelham and allegedly opened fired on them with his 9 mm Glock.

Cronin, 27, a six-year vet of the 46th Precinct, was so hammered he didn’t remember firing the 13 shots, hitting Felice six times, cops said at the time. He was charged with assault and suspended from the force.

The belligerent cop downed drinks with other officers after a day at the shooting range before he took aim at the two men, neither of whom he knew.

Felice is still recovering from the terrifying incident with injuries to his lungs, arms and torso. One of the shots barely missed his head.
