Cops say this man is responsible for choking and robbing a 71-year-old woman in Brooklyn Thursday afternoon, September 19, 2013.
A mugger put a 71-year-old woman into a choke hold in Brooklyn so he could steal her purse, then put her into the hospital by tossing her to the pavement like a rag doll, police said Friday.
The victim told cops she was walking down Macon St. near Howard Ave. in Bedford-Stuyvesant about 2:30 p.m. Thursday when the creep came up behind her. He ripped her purse out of her hands. It held a credit card and a Metro Card, police said.
