Another Biker Sought For Questioning In Henry Hudson Parkway Incident

As two suspects in last weekend’s motorcycle chase and assault have already turned themselves in, police released images of another biker wanted for questioning.

Police want to identify and talk to the man seen above in connection to the incident where the driver of an SUV was beaten by bikers after hitting a motorcyclist with his vehicle on the Henry Hudson Parkway.

Sources say 35-year-old Robert Sims, the man who allegedly tried to open the Range Rover’s door immediately after one of his fellow bikers was struck, has surrendered.

He is now under arrest, facing charges of gang assault and weapons possession.

Police say Reginald Chance, seen on video smashing his helmet against the driver’s side window, also surrendered.

Meanwhile, sources say a New York City police officer is on modified duty as Internal Affairs investigates his potential involvement in the affair.

The family of the biker run over in the confrontation is still demanding charges be brought against driver Alexian Lien.

Edwin “Jay” Mieses’ family say he is not a violent gang member and committed no crime in the incident.
