A pair of masked men forced their way into a Columbia University student’s apartment and robbed two roommates at gunpoint, officials said Tuesday.

Police said the bandits knocked on their victims’ door in the university-owned building on W. 111th St. near Broadway in Morningside Heights at 11:07 p.m. on Monday.

When one of the victims answered, the robbers burst in, flashed a gun and robbed the two men of an undisclosed amount of money.

One victim, possibly pistol-whipped, was injured during the heist, officials said.

He was taken to St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital for a minor injury, a fire department pokesman said.
