Cops bust silver helmet biker who ‘assaulted’ family

Now he’s camera shy.

The man cops say is the rampaging biker caught on video smashing his chrome-silver helmet again and again into the window of a Financial District family’s SUV hid his face from news cameras after he was charged late Saturday with gang assault, felony assault and criminal mischief.

Reginald Chance, 37, of Brooklyn, spent the night in Central Booking and is set to be arraigned Sunday in Manhattan Criminal Court.

He is the third key player to be charged in last Sunday’s mayhem, during which a crowd of bloodthirsty bikers from among a 300-cycle rally pursued and then surrounded and attacked Alexian Lien, 33, as his wife Rosalyn and their two-year-old daughter cowered inside their Range Rover.

Christopher Cruz, 28, of Passaic, NJ, is charged with misdemeanor reckless driving and unlawful imprisonment for allegedly slowing to a stop in front of the Rover as the mob made its way up the West Side Highway. Robert Sims, 35, of Brooklyn, was arraigned Saturday night on gang assault, felony assault and weapons possession.
