Anthony Hennis, 22, the father who refused to cooperate with police after his 16-month-old son, Antiq, was shot to death as he wheeled the boy in his stroller on Sept. 1 in Brownsville, is now wanted for a subway robbery.

The Brooklyn man who wouldn’t cooperate with police after his son was killed in a shooting in which he was believed to be the target is now wanted for a strong-armed subway robbery, police said Friday.

Anthony Hennis held up a teenager on a No. 3 train in Brooklyn Thursday, police say, and threatened to slap the victim’s pregnant sister.

The 22-year-old gangbanger infuriated detectives and scores of New Yorkers when he refused to talk to detectives after his 16-month-old son, Antiq, was slain as he pushed the tot in his stroller across a Brownsville street on Sept. 1.

Hennis was unscathed by multiple rounds that zipped through the air, and detectives believed he may have known exactly why someone tried to take him out.

Next time police are face to face with him, however, they won’t be asking for his help.

Police say that at 1:30 a.m. Thursday Hennis and an accomplice allegedly began hassling a 19-year-old man as a southbound No. 3 rumbled through Brooklyn.

“Leave my brother alone,’’ the man’s sister said, according to police sources.

“He threatens to slap her,’’ a source said, referring to Hennis. “He tells her, ‘I don’t care if you’re pregnant!’”

Moments later, the train pulled into the Saratoga Ave. station in Brownsville, at which point Hennis’ accomplice demanded the young man’s watch, the sources said. He complied and gave it to them.

Hennis then punched the victim in the face, and the two muggers fled the station.

Two women on the platform saw what happened and approached the siblings.

“They say something like: ‘That’s Anthony Hennis,’” the source said. “‘That’s the guy whose kid was killed in the stroller.’”

Later that day, the slain boy’s aunt broke down in tears as she faced his killers for the first time in court.

Alleged gunman Duquan Breland, 23, and his friend Duquan Wright, 19, both pleaded not guilty to the murder.

Investigators believe the bullet that killed Antiq was meant for Hennis as payback from a drive-by shooting about a year ago.
