At Technology Early College High School, or P-TECH, teens can earn associate’s degrees. President Barack Obama has praised the Brooklyn institution.

President Barack Obama will visit Brooklyn’s cutting-edge Pathways in Technology Early College High School on Friday to discuss preparing students for the global economy.

Obama praised the school in his latest State of the Union speech for its innovative, six-year program in which grads earn associate’s degrees and shots at jobs with the school’s partner company, IBM.
