The parasailor was found in the water behind Kingsborough Community College.
A parasailor who was found upside down in the waters just off of the Rockaway inlet in Brooklyn has died, authorities said.
Officers from the NYPD’s Harbor Unit found the man, in his 30s, unconscious and unresponsive when they plucked him out of the water behind Kingsborough Community College around 5:15 p.m., cops said.
The man was taken to Coney Island Hospital in critical condition and died a short time later, police said.
