The Libyan national suspected of masterminding the 1998 U.S. Embassy bombings in Africa is now in New York to face terror charges.
Abu Anas al-Libi was captured October 5 and was being questioned aboard a U.S. naval warship.
Officials say he arrived in New York Saturday and is awaiting arraignment.
The al-Qaeda suspect has been under a federal indictment for more than a decade in connection with the bombings in Kenya and Tanzania.
More than 200 were killed and thousands wounded.
