Julio Ortiz was found dead by a driver he rear-ended in his final moments.
A man was shot at a Bronx nightclub early Sunday — and in his dying moments, he tried to drive away and rear-ended another vehicle, a police source said.
Julio Ortiz, 38, was fatally shot in the torso and ended up hitting another driver on Boston Road at Connor St. around 6:40 a.m, cops said.

The driver of the struck car found Ortiz, who was pronounced dead at Jacobi Hospital, police said.
