Suit: Boss let rapist coworker harass claims Brooklyn woman

Namon Ates MUGSHOT HARRASS--A Brooklyn woman is claiming that a company she worked at did nothing to stop a co-worker who is a registered sex offender from sexually harassing her and instead chided her that she didn't "dress for success" when she stopped wearing skirts. Beverly Markus, 55, filed a lawsuit Friday against Queens-based Consumers Edge for firing her in September 2012, citing her insistent complains against Namon Ates, 52. She alleged that Ates - who was convicted of rape in 1987, records show - propositioned sex and commented on her legs. YANIV
