Undercover cop in SUV attack won’t testify

The undercover biker cop who was caught on video smashing a Manhattan dad’s SUV will not testify before a grand jury, his lawyer said on Monday.

The lawyer for detective Wojciech Braszczok said that the video will clear his client of any wrongdoing in the Sept. 29 attack on Alexian Lien after a wild chase on the West Side Highway.

“He’s decided he wants the video to speak for itself,” Braszczok’s lawyer, John Arlia, told The Post.

“He never came in contact with Mr. Lien. The video shows he’s always a minimum of 12 feet away.”

The undercover cop, however, is seen on video smashing the rear window of the Range Rover SUV as Lien’s 2-year-old daughter sits in the back seat.

Meanwhile, another arrest was made in the case Monday night as police busted Jason Brown, 40, of Brooklyn, on gang-assault charges, according to a law-enforcement source.
