A boy was shot in the leg in Brownsville on Monday afternoon, authorities said.
The boy, whom a police source described as about 12-years-old, was shot while standing in front of 211 Lott Avenue at 3:30 p.m., according to authorities.
He was taken to Kings County Hospital in stable condition.
“It looks like some kind of drive-by shooting,” the source said. “We still don’t know if he was the intended target.”
No arrests have been made, although cops say they are looking for a vehicle that fled towards Mother Gaston Boulevard moments after the shooting.
