Real estate heir Robert Durst blows off court date

Real estate heir Robert Durst blew off his Manhattan court date on Monday, prompting a judge to issue an arrest warrant.

Durst, accused of violating a restraining order to steer clear of his estranged brother, was a no-show before judge Steve Statsinger.

Durst’s defense lawyer Steve Rabinowitz said his client was in Texas and couldn’t make it to New York for undisclosed “medical issues.”

Statsinger issued the arrest warrant meaning Durst could be jailed if he’s picked up for any offense. But the warrant would probably be dropped if Durst shows up for his next pretrial heaving in November.

Durst allegedly showed up at the the home of Douglas Durst at 413 W. 43rd St. on June 2 and glared menacingly into a surveillance camera. Robert has been ordered to steer clear of Douglas since April 2012, sources said.

The brothers have been estranged since their dad, Seymour, named Douglas head of the family’s real-estate empire.
