A construction worker in Manhattan was killed Tuesday after becoming trapped underneath a wall foundation that fell from a 14-story vacant building under construction.
Fire officials say it happened just after 1:30 p.m. at 326 West 37th Street in Midtown.
The city Department of Buildings has responded to the scene.
An investigation is ongoing.
