3 city workers arrested within 3 hours in unrelated incidents

Three off-duty city workers were arrested in separate incidents in fewer than three hours Sunday morning, authorities said.

Teacher Judith Fernandez, 42, was busted for driving while intoxicated on the Bruckner Expressway in Schuylerville in The Bronx at around 4 a.m. when a police officer spotted her driving erratically and stopped her, cops said.

The tipsy teacher was cuffed after the officer walked up to the car and was hit in the face by the strong smell of booze, cops said.

About an hour later, in Sunset Park in Brooklyn, firefighter Richard Delgado, 30, was busted for drunken driving after he slammed into three parked cars near the corner of Fourth Avenue and 59th Street, authorities said.

Then just before 7 a.m. in Queens, NYPD traffic agent Shanna Hamilton, 29, was arrested when she and her ex-girlfriend got into a physical altercation inside her home in the Rockaways, cops said.

Hamilton and partner Ashley Gurrier, 25 were both cuffed and charged with assault, cops said.
