A 25-year-old man was shot dead in a housing project stairwell in Brooklyn on Thursday, cops and sources said.
The unidentified victim was blasted in the head, chest and leg around 9:30 p.m. inside a building on W. 27th St. in Coney Island, cops said.

The man was found sprawled on the fourth-floor staircase and was declared dead by emergency workers who rushed to the scene, according to police.
A motive for the killing has not been determined, and no arrests have been made as cops continue their investigation, officials said.

The man’s violent death comes two days after the Christmas Eve killing of another man in his 20s. That man was shot several times in the chest and killed just outside the Gravesend Houses in Coney Island. It is not known whether the slayings are linked.
