Six of the city’s 32 school geographical districts won’t have gifted programs for kindergartners next year because too few students qualified, Education Department officials said Friday.

Roughly 25 kids need to pass entrance exams to support seating of a single gifted kindergarten class, but fewer than 25 qualified in each of three school districts in the Bronx and three in Brooklyn.

Students who qualified in districts that won’t offer the classes could get seats elsewhere.
