Three FDNY dispatchers and their supervisor have been suspended for messing up the emergency response.

Three FDNY emergency dispatchers and a supervisor have been suspended after botching the 911 response to a Queens fire that killed two 4-year-olds, city officials said Friday.

Two of the three 911 dispatchers were not in their seats when the 10-75 call came from firefighters battling a deadly house blaze in Far Rockaway last weekend, officials said.

That resulted in a seven-minute delay in getting an ambulance to the fire, which killed Ja’Launi and Aniya Tinglin, both 4, early on Easter Sunday.

The 911 call went to the FDNY dispatch center in Queens, where a six-person team was working the overnight shift.

Three dispatchers failed to notice repeated calls from firefighters to send emergency medical services to the scene, said a preliminary report released by the Department of Investigation, which is spearheading the probe along with FDNY.

The supervising dispatcher also failed to properly cover for the two operators who had left their seats.

Records show all four dispatchers involved in the incident had a history of mishandling calls.
