An armed robber netted $ 2,500 during a convenience-store stickup in Queens on Thursday afternoon, police said.
The suspect was caught on surveillance video pulling a silver handgun on a store worker at Prime Convenience Store on Atlantic Avenue around noon, according to cops.
As the man’s gun hovers over a New York Post newspaper, the clerk hands him the cash. The suspect then fled westbound on Atlantic Avenue, cops said.
Police described the suspect as about 25 years old, 6 feet and 175 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black and gold baseball hat with a black sweatshirt and blue jeans.
