A teen who allegedly shot a mom on her way to pick up her kids from their Brighton Beach school was busted Friday, cops said.
Christian Hylton, 19, opened fire amid an argument with another teen as school let out at a nearby high school Wednesday, police said.
Safia Bibi, 34, was hit in the arm by a stray bullet as she walked to pick up her two sons at a nearby elementary school at about 2:30 p.m.
