Wife and ‘Wolf of Wall Street’-like hubby quickly settle divorce

The divorce that shocked Wall Street– between a former Ralph Lauren event planner and her coke- and Ecstasy-loving, sex-crazed banker hubby– quickly settled late Monday before the couple was due to make a public appearance in court on Wednesday.

“I’m thrilled, thrilled to have had this resolved,” Christina Kelly told The Post.

“This was never about the money, I just wanted joint custody of my children,” the mother of two daughters, ages 10 and 6, said.

The settlement, which is confidential, includes a undisclosed monetary component and shared custody of the girls.

Her estranged husband Sage Kelly, the $ 7 million-a-year head of investment banking at Jefferies & Co., did not respond to a request for comment. In the past he denied his wife’s claims about the sex and drugs.

Christina, whose husband filed for divorce against her in June, filed a salacious, $ 7 million countersuit detailing a booze and cocaine-fueled four-way between the couple, Sage’s client and his big-breasted girlfriend.

“The civil claim was absolutely necessary to get my voice heard in court,” Christina said.

The allegations included Sage’s annual “Mushroom Day” at his Hamptons home where he and his banker buddies tripped on psychedelic mushrooms with his two daughters present.

The Boston College grad won custody of his two daughters after planting hidden cameras in their Fifth Avenue apartment that caught Christina snorting cocaine and chugging beers.

So Christina counter sued– saying her soon-to-be-ex had lied to the court by exposing her addictions while keeping mum about his own vices.

Her court papers also named Sage’s colleagues, calling the “drug cohorts” who participated in wild trips to Vegas where the men cavorted with hookers and snorted coke.

After the eye-popping allegations hit the press Sage took a leave of absence from Jefferies.

With the announcement of the global settlement in their divorce the stay-at-home mom said she’s ready for a quieter life.

“I’d like to put this behind us and move forward with a new chapter in my life as Christina di Mauro,” referring to her maiden name.

But her 26-page affidavit– detailing incidents when Sage urinated and defecated in the couple’s Fifth Avenue apartment after a bender — will live on as another true “Wolf of Wall Street” tale.

The document turned into the talk of the Street among top hedge funders and other banks when it was publicly filed in Manhattan Supreme Court last month.

“The Kelly story is insane,” gushed one Wall Street worker at the time.

“The allegations are almost ludicrous because the drugs and money and high life is almost non-existent at big banks anymore,” she explained.

“People were asking, ‘How does he get up for work everyday and manage to make millions?” the source said.
