Pedro Silva, 20, was arrested Wednesday and charged with murder.

Cops have cuffed a 20-year-old man they say is responsible for a gang-related slaying in Queens.

Pedro Silva, 20, blasted Ivan Rodriguez, 33, in the head and neck just before 8 p.m. Saturday during a confrontation under an elevated train line on Roosevelt Ave. near 80th St. in Jackson Heights, police said.

Paramedics rushed Rodriguez to Elmhurst Hospital, but doctors were unable to save him.

Cops tracked down and arrested Silva Wednesday.

Police sources said Silva shot Rodriguez over a “gang turf beef.”

Rodriguez has no criminal record, but was affiliated with the Serranos 13 gang, sources said. Silva, who has been arrested for criminal trespass and weapons charges in 2009 and 2010, is a member of the M18 crew.

“It looks like Ivan was collecting money for the Serranos in an area believed to be in M18 territory,” a police source said.

Silva was charged with murder, criminal possession of a weapon and criminal use of a firearm.
