Abraham Lincoln High School was evacuated Wednesday after a threatening note was discovered.
A Brooklyn high school was evacuated Wednesday after a bomb threat was made against the school, officials said.
Staffers at Abraham Lincoln High School on Ocean Parkway in Coney Island found a note at around 10:30 a.m. claiming that there was a bomb inside the school that would go off Wedneday, police sources said.
NYPD school safety officers cleared out the building and contacted the bomb squad, which conducted a search.

Students waited on the bleachers at the school’s football field as the search continued throughout the morning.
Classes resumed just before noon after no explosives were found, according to police and Department of Education officials.
“It is not clear who made the threat,” said DOE spokeswoman Margie Feinberg.
