The five dealers sent their customers warnings when they were about to stop selling heroin and other drugs because of Shabbat, authorities say.

At least they were observant drug dealers, authorities say.

A group of pushers from Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn, texted their hours to customers and warned that they closed for Shabbat, according to an indictment unsealed Tuesday.

The indictment accuses the five men of conspiracy for sending mass texts to customers announcing drugs for purchase, such as “D.O.B.” for the brand name of heroin sold.

And the messages repeatedly warned customers against arriving after sundown on a Friday or before sundown on Saturday.

The men are accused of peddling heroin, oxycodone, cocaine and other controlled substances from their Bedford Ave. drug warehouse.

The crew had more than 23,000 pills of oxycodone with a street value of $ 460,000, prosecutors charge. They are alleged to have used a variety of methods to obtain the drugs, including stolen prescription sheets.

Prosecutors allege that the men were in possession of a sawed-off shotgun.

NYPD officers raided the drug den on April 20 after a nearly year-long investigation called “Only After Sundown” with the Office of the Special Narcotics Prosecutor.

The crew have all been charged with conspiracy and other drug charges.

In a March 29 message, one of the accused dealers wrote to a customer that the shop was “closed for Shabbat.”

In an April 12 message to over 50 recipients, a member of the crew wrote: “We are closing 7:30 on the dot and we will reopen saturday 8:15 so if u need anything you have 45mins to get what you want,” according to prosecutors.

The indictment names David Gerowitz, Philip Mandel, Eduard Sorin, Jack Zaibak, and Jack Zibak.

A previous indictment charged them and Aaron Dombroff with criminal sale of a controlled substance.

Another indictment charged Zibak, Zaibak, Sorin and Gerowitz with criminal possession of a weapon.

Texts also included specific windows of time during which sales would take place on a specific day, such as the first 15 minutes of the hour, as well as rules on where customers should wait if there was a bottleneck at the apartment.

Sorin was arraigned Tuesday and entered a not guilty plea, prosecutors said. A law enforcement source said he’s a Russian citizen and has has a previous federal conviction on a drug-related crime.

Mandell has not posted bail and is in jail, prosecutors said.

The others are out on bail and will be arraigned over the next several weeks, prosecutors said.
